UPDATE:
Employee & Family Safety,
Supporting the Needs of Clients & Communication

To Our Touchstone Friends and Clients:
I am writing this to communicate what is happening within our Organization, specifically how we are caring for the safety and well-being of our employees; what we are doing to support the needs of our prospects and clients; and what we can communicate, in this time, while the world navigates the personal and business implications of COVID-19 (coronavirus).

THE SAFETY AND WELL-BEING OF OUR EMPLOYEES & THEIR FAMILIES
We’ve been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic along with the guidance provided by Health Authorities, State, and Federal governments. We’ve changed our policy to be: Work From Home, with only required or essential “on-premise” staff (i.e staff to pick, pack, and ship orders). We’ve cancelled all events and all employee travel.

SUPPORTING THE NEEDS OF OUR PROSPECTS AND CLIENTS
While we have many locations and offices, Touchstone is a cloud based business (and has been), which means it doesn’t matter where our employees work from, we have been prepared for this and are made for this. Our staff members are equipped to operate within this environment and this has been tested as part of our business continuity plan.

We will conduct any and all meetings with prospects, customers, and partners virtually using technology. We expect no impact to the productivity of our organization.

Until Further notice, Touchstone will provide free ground delivery on all orders. This will extend to project based client work, as well as any web catalog where inventory is owned by Touchstone. Our hope this will provide some relief for Touchstone clients and their staff members and their families.

WHAT WE CAN COMMUNICATE, IN THIS TIME
Touchstone staff has been and is used to working remotely and leveraging cloud based tools and platforms. We understand the pressures and the pain points. We also know that many of our prospects, customers, and partners may not be used to working from home; may not know how to structure their day or how to take a break; what tools to use…. To that end, we want to be a resource to help you and share our experience. Simply reach us directly or on social.

In an effort to support the product and service needs of your business as well as give you content to take your mind away from the challenges we face, Touchstone will provide periodic valuable information on ideas; product; and what’s happening in our world. This communication may come from your direct Touchstone relationship and/or within any of Touchstone web or social media channels.

We are here and prepared to service you in any way we can. We will get through this together!

Compassionately,

Derek Block
